Got questions?
How does Riki connect to my bank?
Riki uses Plaid. The connection flow shows the accounts and information you are authorizing before you continue.
What does Riki review?
Cash-flow patterns such as income, recurring obligations and housing payments help create a clearer picture of your ability to pay.
How does Plaid protect the connection?
Plaid describes encrypted connections and ongoing security monitoring among its protections. These are Plaid’s controls for its services.
Can I stop sharing through Plaid?
You can manage eligible connections through Plaid Portal. Disconnecting a connection stops future sharing through it; it does not automatically delete information already received by an app.
Should I send bank details in Ask Riki?
No. Keep banking passwords, full account numbers and Social Security numbers out of chat. Connect your account only through the designated connection flow.
Does my Riki result guarantee a loan?
No. Riki helps you understand your cash flow and ability to pay. Loan availability and terms depend on the product and applicable lender requirements.
