Account and data deletion
Delete your Riki account.
Riki is a mobile app provided by Upward Wealth, Inc. You can permanently close your Riki account from the app. If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, you can request deletion from Meet Riki support on this page without reinstalling it.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Riki and sign in with the Apple or Google account you normally use.
- Open Settings and choose “Delete account.”
- Review the warning, then confirm permanent deletion.
Riki signs you out and removes the active account data from its database as part of the deletion request. Revoking the related Apple or Plaid credential may finish asynchronously if a provider is temporarily unavailable; that work does not restore your account or delay deletion of your active Riki data.
Cannot access the app?
Email Meet Riki support and say whether you used Apple or Google to sign in. If you know it, include the email address shown in your Riki profile. We may ask you to complete a reasonable identity check before processing the request.
Never send a password, one-time code, provider token, bank credential, full account number, transaction history, or Social Security number.
Email Meet Riki support: hello@meetriki.comData deleted with your account
Deletion removes the active Riki data associated with your account, including:
- Your profile details, including the name and email stored by Riki.
- Riki chat conversations and request history.
- Plaid connection records, linked-account details, balances, and transaction data stored by Riki.
- Riki reports, report snapshots, sharing permissions, and queued delivery records.
Limited records that may remain
Riki keeps a minimal deleted-account and provider-identity tombstone for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent a replayed Apple or Google sign-in from silently recreating the deleted account. It does not retain the profile name or email. Active sessions and refresh tokens are revoked and expire under Riki's configured security-retention rules.
The active Apple credential and Plaid connection records are removed. A narrowly scoped, encrypted provider-revocation record may remain while Riki completes or reconciles an Apple or Plaid disconnection; usable credentials are removed from that record after successful revocation. If applicable law requires Riki to retain another narrow record, support will identify the category and reason when responding to your request.
Data held by other companies
Deleting Riki does not delete your Apple or Google account. Plaid, a financial institution, or a report recipient may independently retain information under its own privacy notice and legal obligations. Information already delivered to a recipient at your direction is not controlled by Riki after delivery. You may need to contact that company directly about its copy.
What happens after an email request
Meet Riki support begins processing after it verifies that the request belongs to you. Support will acknowledge the request, provide the expected completion timing, and process a verified request without unreasonable delay. We will confirm when the active Riki account data has been deleted or explain any narrow record that must be retained. For more detail about Riki's handling of personal information, read the Privacy Policy.
